Heya, today I figured I might as well show you all the way I try to make touring and interviewing a bit easier
I have a stream deck even though I don’t stream and I mainly use it for these kind of things.
This is a folder on my stream deck called clan utilities, here I set buttons to help with tours and interviews if needed

When you press the interview button you will see this, if you press one of the buttons it will echo that question in red for a guideline if you were ever to forget the question.

When you click the tour button you get a counter of how many tours you’ve given, Wolfpac’s tour and my tour.

This is Wolfpac’s tour, when a button is pressed it types the text you see on the buttons which then triggers my aliases. I mainly use this method to keep track of which rooms I already did. The three dots access the rest of the tour.

This is my tour itself (It’s based on Wolfpac’s one with some differences in writing and color plus a gimmick.)

This is my optional tour part (It consists of the less important room I give the player the option to explore for themselves or be toured there anyway. It’s some sort of gimmick to keep things fresh I suppose.)

This is how it looks when I press a button, it turns red. when I press it again it turns green and plays a little bell chime.
