Outcasting

Demotion

Demotions are handled at a leaders discretion and are normally punishments for breaking the clan rules. As leaders we try and keep the clan in good order and have now decided that a demotion is also appropriate for a lengthy period of inactivity that hasn't first been agreed with a leader.

A demotion will occur if:

• A member is inactive for 6 months.
• Then an additional demotion each month after until outcasting occurs.
• If a member is demoted lower than Recruit they will be liable for outcasting.

Outcasting

Outcasting is the final stage in removing a member from Boot Camp and occurs when one of four things happens:

1. It is requested by a member.
2. As a disciplinary action in extreme cases.
3. Inactivity for over 6 months + 1 month per rank gained.

• So an Recruit member will be outcast after 6 months of inactivity.
• An Elite Soldier will be outcast after 10 months of inactivity.

Any Boot Member who is outcast for inactivity may always apply to rejoin should they return to the world.
